Almost 2 decades ago, I made the untraditional leap from the clinical world as a Physical Therapist into the Medical Device world. I dove in and spent years working for the top Medical Device companies in various commercial roles. From starting as a clinical specialist, moving into sales and ultimately landing in market development, I recognized that there was one common thread. I had one true passion . . . training and education.

At that point, I went all in on my passion and spent the next 7+ years developing and refining my craft. I am a creator and a problem solver always looking for innovative ways to build and improve the learning experience. I possess a can-do, start-up company mentality and experience balanced with large corporate understanding of training initiatives. I utilize a creative and analytical approach to evaluate and redefine existing programs to align with strategic goals and objectives, increase training efficiency, and maximize adult learning and retention principles, resulting in maximized business impact and return on investment. I have demonstrated adaptability and agility by successfully developing and executing global training programs for both internal and external teams, across various specialty areas, for multiple product launches.

In 2019, I took another untraditional leap and jumped into the world of virtual reality. I spent the next 3 years in medical device, developing 3 virtual reality modules that would be integrated into internal and external training programs as the first of its kind in the endovascular training space. Wanting to fully immerse myself in the VR space, I then lead the client success and integration team at a VR software development company. This lead to yet another passion . . . virtual reality as an application for training and education.
